The Flippin Pride Team will again be proud to be part of the Marion County Christmas Wish for Kids Program for 2008.

The Flippin Pride Team again will take the names of 30 families and will buy clothes and toys for the kids that are in these families so they can have a great Christmas and New Year.

Join the Flippin Pride Team at the Cotter Trout Festival in Big Spring Park, Cotter on Friday and Saturday April 18th and 19th 2008.

Trout Festival to be filmed by Norm Allen of TV19.

DVDs will then be made available later after the event, price for the DVDs not known at this time.

Festival begins at NOON on Friday and at 9:00 am Saturday

Lots of fun activites and good food.

Over 57 Vendors some of which are:

Boat Show, Rock Climbing Wall, Laser Show, Fly Tying and Fly Casting Demos, Fish Aquarium, Craft Booths,

Kids Fishing Hole, Amusements, Seminars, Story Tellers, Cotter High School Band and Choir, Art Show, Woodcrafters, Boat Rides, Raffles and a Silent Auction.

Entertainment on Friday night by Big Red,

Saturday entertainment through out the day.

The Flippin Pride Team will again hold it's annual Fish Fry and Gospel sing on May 17th 2008 starting at 11:00 am till 3:00 pm.

NEW LOCATION for this year event the Flippin Middle School Cafeteria

The menu will include catfish, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, hush puppies, fries, beverage and desert.

Tickets are $6.50 for adults, $3.00 for kids, kids 3 and under eat free.

Advance tickets can be purchased at US Bank.

Come and enjoy good food and singing.

All money raised will be used to purchase a portable defibrillator for the Flippin High School

The Flippin Pride Team is proud to be part of the Old Glory Days in Bull Shoals at the 1890 Village on Saturday July 5th 2008.

The event is sponored by the Bull Shoals Chamber of Commerce.

Admission is Free

The Flippin Pride Team will be providing the Food Concessions which will include:

Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Chili Dogs, Frito Pies, Nachos, Soda and Water.

The event starts at 10:00 am and runs until 6:00 pm.

The event includes a gun fight, dunk a Cop, carbash, carnival games, watermelon seed spitting contest, live music, beer tent and many craft vendors.
