Phyllis Speer is a true outdoor woman.

coordinator for the Arkansas Game and
Fish Commission, she is also the long-time
host of AETN's "Cooking with Phyllis"
on "Arkansas Outdoors."

Lori is a new breed of fly fishing guides,
a woman guide catering to the needs of
