central Arkansas, affectionately
known as "God's Country".
Flippin Arkansas is the home of
the Flippin Pride Team, a non-profit
organization dedicated to our local
community where we live, work
and play.
Celebrating eight years of community service, the goal of the Flippin Pride Team is to give back to our local community through a variety of fund raising events and projects each year.
Our cookbooks "Flippin Good Recipes, from Flippin Arkansas" volumes 1 & 2 were created by the Flippin Pride Team to raise funds for worthy projects.
Readers of the cookbooks will smile at the town name but will soon discover that Flippin Arkansas is much more than the name while learning about the history of the town and the interesting and often courageous, people who founded this town.

When you come to visit be sure to plan enough time to do some fishing on the White River or on Bull shoals Lake, both of which are located within a short drive of Flippin!

2008 Faces of Flippin Calendar
The Flippin Pride Team is proud to announce the first annual fund raising calendar in conjunction with the Flippin School Band.
To order your copies call Joe Morris, Band Director at 870-453-2233. Calendars only cost $10.00 each and the proceeds go towards underwriting the Band's trip to perform at this years Alamo Bowl in Texas on December 29th 2007.
